Running

Why I Move

I move because I feel better than ever when I do.

I move because my mind doesn’t like me to sit still.  Moving is a way to channel that negative energy.

I move because my anxiety problems began at a time in my life when I wasn’t moving.

I move because running helps me deal with my fears.

I move because I can fuel my legs with the fury in my brain. It’s much better to go for a run than it is to yell at someone, unnecessarily.

I move because I have an unhealthy relationship with food.  Running reminds me that I need to fuel my body better.

I  move because I want my daughter to know she is strong.

I move because others can’t.

I move because someday, I won’t be able to.

I move because I was born to.

I move because I can.

I move because I want to set an example for my daughter.

I move because I want to encourage others to be their best selfs.

I move because I honor God when I take care of my body.
